What information should I have ready?
Your location, callback number, vehicle make and model, what happened, and where the vehicle needs to go. Mention any access issues, damage or special equipment needs.
Is a quote the same as a booked tow?
No. Dispatch must confirm the service, price and availability before a truck is assigned. For urgent help, call directly instead of using an email request.
How do I find or pick up an impounded vehicle?
Call with your plate number or VIN. Our staff will confirm the vehicle’s location and explain identification, ownership, payment and any release requirements. Confirm the yard before traveling.
Can you tow an RV or a heavy truck?
Preferred handles light, medium and heavy duty towing, including RVs and trailers. Call with vehicle details and the situation so dispatch can arrange appropriate equipment.
